Snorkeling
Overview
A wondrous journey through the Gondoca Talamanca National Park reef's abundance of marine life.
You will meet your captain and guide here at the Manzanillo Eco Lodge where he will then take you by boat to the coral reef where you will go snorkeling for 2-4 hours at multiple locations (Minimum 2) in the Gandoca Talamanca National Park, where the reefs will surprise you with its abundant marine life.
The coral reef of this park includes about 240 natural habitats. There are many different species of fishes, crustaceans, and shellfish. Be sure to bring your underwater camera for you are sure to see some amazing underwater wildlife! You also can observe 35 different coral species such as fire coral, and the red and black coral which is unique to this area.
In between snorkeling spots you and your group will be treated to a lodge prepared shore lunch on a remote beach where you will be the only people. Relax in tranquility as you dine on finely prepared foods, fruits and local delicacies. Enjoy the local coconut getting opened by your boat captain and drink directly from the source!
You will be brought back to the creek here in Manzanillo by boat for your short walk to the lodge at the end of your tour!
