Authentic Southern Caribean Cuisine

All meals at the lodge will be finely prepared by local cooks.  Your meal will be individually plated and served upon your arrival to the table.  Lodge menu will vary and change daily including locally sourced fish, fruit & vegetables along with other local delicacies. Did someone say LOBSTER!  Yes, each package will include a nice authentic Caribbean Lobster dinner.

Breakfast and Dinner will be sit down meals for our guests here at the lodge.  Typically lunch is either taken to go or served by our local tour company while out on activities

Happy Hour  -   Daily 5:30pm-6:30pm

Inclusive packages offer a daily happy hour which includes rum & beer and a different daily appetizer as you settle in from your daily activity. Tarponville does offer cocktails at additional charge.  Try one of our lodge signature drinks!
